Lamont’s commitment to quality has been totally focused, from the outset, on the vineyard. For this reason knowledge and expertise in the vineyard has been a priority.
Lamont owner, Lindsay McLachlan, took time out from professional practice in the late 1990’s and studied viticulture at the Eastern Institute of Technology and Lamont’s fulltime viticulturalist, Craig Daly, studied at the University of Adelaide graduating with a Bachelor of AgSci.
