Business Description
|
Finca Los Maza, inherits from the era of Don Isidro Maza, more than 80 years of passion and family tradition dedicated to vine growing in Argentina.
The Maza family is linked to the epic of the Andes Mountains Army, and is an integral part in the history of Mendoza. The viticulture tradition, which exists in this family, draws back to the twilight years of the 20th. century, and it is precisely on the vineyards of Don Isidro Maza where the first chapters of this rich history take place.
Promoters and lovers of vine cultivation, they took across this tradition from generation to generation. A new stage in the family arises from Juan Tonconogy and Alex Campbell’s initiative: friends since childhood who found themselves linked directly to wine since they visited permanently the estate of Alex’s grand-grand Father Don Isidro Maza in Mendoza.
After having explored different wine regions, they decided to give the family’s wine business a new aspect. Thus, they began to produce wine from their own lands instead of simply selling their grapes; select other optimal vineyards, and involve skilled professionals in order to start Finca Los Maza project.
The company's mission is to produce high quality wines, so that even the most demanding of the consumers can enjoy a product of great quality.
