Our wines target traditional, demanding customers from fine restaurants, international hotel chains, as well as vintners and importers across Europe, the USA and Asia.
For every cuvée that we select and vinify, our aim is to bring out the inherent qualities of the variety and its terroir and emphasise the rounded, supple, fruity aspects. In this way we meet the quality needs of top creative customers such as the Paul Bocuse group.
The Guyot family has its roots in Lyon, the capital of gastronomy, where Guyot wines can be found in restaurants ranging from homely “bouchons” to renowned three-star establishments.
