Business Description
|
The "Tenuta I Quaranta" (the Forty Estate) is an agricultural estate that produces grapes and both D.O.C. and D.O.C.G wine.
We produce mostly red wine, with the exception of two white wines (made from Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc), and of two dessert wines made from the typical grapes from the region (Brachetto and Moscato).
The main characteristic of our production is the quality of the wine, as attested by our low yields, with the objective of guaranteeing the organoleptic characteristic of the wine.
In full production, (in 2008), we expect to produce approximately 45,000 bottles, of which 20,000 will be red, 10,000 white and 15,000 dessert wine.
