Offering over 30 varietals of wines from 15 different types of grapes, the Cosentino Winery has a reputation for producing a wide variety of award-winning wines.
“I don't eat just one type of food” says Mitch Cosentino, Founder and Executive Winemaker, “why should I make just one type of wine?”
Cosentino wines are inspired by the artisan approach to winemaking featuring the natural characteristics of each particular grape. Each wine starts with the highest quality fruit that has been picked from small vineyards. The winery has continued the tradition for over 27 years of using Punched Cap Fermentation, a labor-intensive method that allows the winemaker to control the flavor and balance of the wines, this completes the “micro” approach to winemaking.
