Our wines focus around 2 areas – Rhône varietals and Chardonnay. That may seem like an odd pair but we love both and while we definitely hope to become a successful small business we are first following our passions and making wines that we personally enjoy drinking. And so you know what you are in for – we prefer wines that can turn a good meal into an incredible experience. We prefer wines that are nuanced and balanced and that don’t give everything away immediately. In very general terms you will find our wines more “old world” than “new world” which I think means we go for lower alcohol, more structure, higher acidity and ultimately an elegant balance between the multitude of components. If you like our wines by themselves you will love them when enjoyed with good friends over meal.
